Rkill.scr Unstall Rkill starts up and runs on its own

How do I permanently remove Rkill.scr from my computer. This version starts up and runs on its own and occasionally closes excell or word when I am trying to use them.

rkill keeps killing intuits qbdmgr file while I am trying to use quickbooks.

Rkill is a run on demand scanner that isnt even installed.
Try deleting the rkill.scr file.
In the beginning there was the command line.
