HELP PLEASE.... Combofix

HI I USED COMBOFIX FOR THE WINDOW 7 VIRUS AND NOW I CAN NOT OPEN ANY OF MY PROGRAMS OR EVEN THE INTERNET...IT KEEPS TELLING ME TO CHOOSE A PROGRAM TO OPEN IT WITH...cAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME

I'd start by rebooting in safe mode and creating a new user to log into.
Log into normal mode with this new Profile.
Continue with Virus removal, if this fail return to Safe mode and follow virus file removal
instructions you were following previously.
