I dont know what I'm doing. Please guide me. Its fine one minute and then its a zombie. Im not able to defrag or use system restore. I can run clean up manager. I cant change certain settings on the firewall and network adapters. I had Nortons antivirus but it has been removed and has seemed to help the computer.

Thank you
