BleepingComputer.com: Some Podcasts appear on iPod, some don't!

I'm a bit confused by a podcast I have been downloading from iTunes for quite some time.

Its a video podcast called 'Stuff They Dont Want You To Know'. For some reason they are showing up in my Podcast Library as unviewed and with the check mark ticked by not syncing to my iPod. In my iPod under the Devices tab I also have the podcast checked under the podcast tab (as I have checked 'sync selected podcasts'.)

It even shows up as '7 New Episodes, 9 total' and shows the correct amount as un-viewed.

My other podcasts are all setup the same but show up correctly when I sync.

I can't understand why this one will not sync when it all appears to be set up correct in the library and on the iPod in the devices tab.

I am running a iPod Touch 2G 8GB on iOS 4.0. I haven't updated the iOS as it Jailbroken and I would prefer to keep it that way.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
