The PC my Mom relies on is crawling all of the sudden and it loads pages extremely slow. Moreover, it will not allow her to create a system restore point, whenever she attempts to restore to an earlier date it just gives the current date. She is running Vista as her OS. I would love any help I could get!

If it helps:

Here is her HijackThis log file:

Hi jrdenn, and welcome to Bleeping Computer.

Firstly,
  • Please launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, click the Update tab, and then Check for Updates.
  • Then choose the Scanner tab and select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.

Secondly,
Please follow our Preparation Guide For Use Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help, and post the logs requested! Post just the DDS.txt and Attach.txt logs + Gmer logfile...
