When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hi,

I'm on Windows XP operating system. I have downloaded TDSKiller and it will not run. I saved it to the desktop, will not run. Renamed it to TDSKiller.com - does not run. I deleted it off the desktop. Downloaded it again, but I renamed it to TDSKiller.com before downloading - it still will not run.

I have ran the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware a few times. I have received a few errors and deleted them.
I also have ran Registry Mechanics several times. I would run Spyware Doctor, but the virus somehow hidden my copy of it. I may have to reload it.

My main problem are two things:

1) I had the XP Recovery Virus and I cannot view my shortcuts in the Start -> All Programs. Everything shows empty.
I can't see Spyware Doctor, Itunes ...etc

2) Google searches are redirecting me to other sites. I can not figure out how to fix this.

Any help would be appreciated.
