Posted Image When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc.

Hello! I am new here, and I am needing help with a problem I am having with recieving the error message: Windows cannot find 'C:Program'. Make sure you typed....... I can usually fix my pc when there is a problem by reading forums like yours, but so far I have not found a solution. I have just downloaded Hijack This, and have done a scan, here are the results. BTW, This problem started when I removed a few programs I no longer needed, so I am thinking from reading forums, that my pc did not get rid of all of the files from one of those programs, so my pc is seeing it as an error? Please excuse me if I may be confusing-29 year old house wife here, and dont have the money to have a repair man have my pc, lol. Thank you for any advice!

Sorry for delayed response. Forums have been really busy. If you still need help with this do following, please.


Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds file to run the tool.
  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    • DDS.txt
    • Attach.txt

  • Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
