From Photoshop 6 to CS2.....it's pretty much the same IMHO. What you can do in ps6 you can do in cs2, it's just a matter of what steps you used to get there.

For borders and whatnot, just google " photoshop tutorials " (minus the quotations) and hit any of the sites to get started. PSLOVER.com is a pretty good site. There are a ton of tutorial sites out there, and usually visiting 2 or 3 different sites looking for the same tutorial will help you by giving you more options/different ways of getting the same effect. Also, when your on these tutorial sites, try changing up your search words a bit, like type in "border" and check out the results, then type in "sig border" and see what comes up. Again, that's just a way to get different/more results.
War produces veterans, wounded both physically and mentally. They have sacrificed for us.....and it is now our job to help these veterans, as they have already helped us in ways we will never know, in ways that we cannot fathom, and in ways that we take granted every day.
