On start up, Notepad opens with this line

Hi All

Just recently every time I start up my computer a notepad opens with this line:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

Does anyone know why this would occur?
Should I be worried!?
