Win32 Glieder.cl Trojen not cleaned trogen

the following pop up when i start my computer.
VET RESIDENT PROTECTION VERSION 11.0.5.3

"C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ANTI_troj.exe" is "win32.glieder.cl" trojen. Not cleaned

should I be worried?
does it need to be fixed?
how do i fix it.

Trying running your AV in Safe Mode. If this fails to remove it, post back.

According to our Startup Programs Database this is an undesirable program. It is a Trojan, added by the Troj/BagleDl-AH Trojan. Removal instructions can be found here or you could use a program like A Squared Free.
