Ok, looks like AVG is detecting the "fixer.exe" file as a threat, thereby disrupting the installation process.
What you need to do:
1. Turn off AVG AV completely
2. Try installing the Phoenix software again
3. Open up AVG, head into the Options/Settings, look for the list of Exclusions/Exceptions, add the "fixer.exe" file to it.
4. Turn on AVG
Also, when you receive a warning from AVG regarding the file, do you see any option to ignore the warning or exclude the file from detection? If not, you can configure AVG to ask your permission first, when it detects a threat. This way you have control over what AVG does with the threat.
Hope this helps.
