Just posting a quick hello to the good people here at Bleeping Computer. I'm basically the "IT guy" at home and at work by default due to my self-taught PC skills. Not a pro by any means but always seeking to learn. Thus far I've been able to fix some nasty infections at a few PCs here at work, in part thanks to the great info provided on this site. I'm hoping to learn more and become more proficient at troubleshooting problems.

Thanks for providing such a valuable resource!
