Hi, i'm new here, just made an account because i couldnt find a solution. my pc is acting up all weird right now. My background changed to a plain black screen. my hub at the top of my screen disappeared, my quick launch toolbar on my taskbar is gone, even though i have it on. All the programs in my start menu are gone, but i can still find them when i type in a specific program's name. i was running a vista virus that i removed via a guide on here, but i keep getting this problem, and nothing seems to help. i run malwarebytes each time, and if finds 5 trojans, and i remove and reboot, but the problems persists.... any chance anyone knows whats up? Any help would be greatly appreciated. TY in advance.

Can you tell me which guide you followed?

Also, Can you tell me if you see any programs when you click the Windows Icon ( Start Button ) and click on "All Programs"?
