Hi we had a problem with infected htaccess files being uploaded to a website we host. We have cleaned these out and changed the ftp password but one issue still remains.

When you type the url into the browser it goes to the website fine but if you type the company name into the major search engines then click on the adwords or organic link it prompts a file download security warning of an MS-Dos application. This only happens if you have not visited the website before from your browser so could this suggest a cookie issue?

Also the webpage is blocked by ESET NOD32 anti virus saying that the website is on a list of sites with potentially dangerous content.

We have been through all the site code and can't find anything.

Any ideas please?
