Unfortunately, with the amount of logs we receive per day, the average response time is 5 days. I want to assure you, though, that your topic will be looked at and responded to. So please be patient. DO NOT RUN ComboFix unless requested to. Only members of the Malware Response Team or Moderators are allowed to help people with logs. Anyone else should refrain from posting to another user's log. When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc. Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

Search Engine Redirect

I posted about havign a search engine redirect virus about a month ago and recieved no response. I have no idea what to do. I would really apreciate any help you could offer. Almost every time i click on a google or bing link it sends me somewhere else. Yahoo does not even let me search anymore. PLEASE HELP

We did get back to you. As you can easily see I replied to your thread, yet you failed to reply back. I gave you amost two weeks to react, but you did not: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic393242.html/page__pid__2244650#entry2244650
Here at BC we reply to all threads in the malware removal section, none get overlooked or past. We also try as much as possible to reply on a first come first served basis. This means that almost everybody has to wait a couple of days before they get a reply sadly, as there are moer people asking for help than there are people able to help.
We are aware that this leads to people being unable to relocate their threads and therefore you have the option to request the thread to be reopened and continue where you left of instead of creating a new thread and waiting another couple of days.
Let me know if you would like the thread reopened.

I'm sorry I never saw any reply, I assumed after three or four days and the people who had posted around the same time getting answered that I did something wrong and was not going to get a reply. You can re-open that post or I can start over with this one. I do not care. Just let me know what I need to do . Thanks for your reply.
