To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

I have two Facebook acounts...actually several, due to some RPG stuff. My RPG ones work fine. However, my primary FB account, my RL one, tells me it's been blocked because of a virus. Facebook wants me to download McAfee, but I'm naturally reluctant. Neither my Malwarebytes Antimalware or Avast or Windows Defender found anything. Facebook mentioned something called 'Yahos after I answered my security question and it took me to the McAfee page. Why would one account alert and lock while others didn't? Am I okay if I didn't find anything in my scans? I've contacted FB from one of the other accounts and hope they reply. If I am clean, is there a way to satisfy FB without downloading McAfee again? (it came with my Dell and I replaced it, because of the bad reviews on PCWorld. Plus, the whole problem potential and all, since I've got virus software.)There aren't any typical virus signs like running slow, reboots, program problems, crashing, high memory usage, ect either.

If it's needed, this is a Dell Inspiron, one of the new models, which I got in March. It's running Windows 7 with the latest service pack.

(sorry, I seem to get Avira and Avast confused for some reason. I have Avast.)

How do I know if I'm infected or not????

Edit: I never take things for granted, but I've got a feeling that FB may have gotten unhappy with me having both accounts open last night...one in IE and one in FF. They pick up on things that seem to their computers like infected PCs and I bet they picked up on that. I'm gonna keep an eye on this thread and keep after FB to fix it though.

y
OK, I used my old laptop to get my account restored...it doesn't actually try to download the full McAfee security suite, although I still know enough to run a full scan if the time comes I ever have to use the thing again (it needs serious updating anyway, since I haven't used it since March). I'm more sure now that the roadblock is legit, but they seriously do need to rethink their approach.

My last question still stands...can I be reasonably confident my current machine is okay or are there any final steps to take?
