It is in all likely hood the bearings are worn out and the cooling fan is need of being replaced.
When you say the main fan, are you referring to the one over the processor or a cooling fan inside the case its self?
Either way those are not hard for the average computer user to replace and they are easily found at most stores that sell computers and computer related accessories.

the fan is attached to a motherboard.im not sure if its the motherboard, its attached to something called "Gigabyte".if not not mistaken, its the cooling fan.since there's a problem with the cooling fan,can it cause problem to system performance?lately i noticed there's a bit slowdown in my pc.while waiting programs to load and while playing games.
and 1 thing,i cant differentiate between the processor fan and the cooling fan.is the processor fan the one at the back of the cpu?

It is the one on top of the processor, I think you are currently calling your computer system a CPU, sometimes computer owners refer to the computer as a CPU, but in most cases it is called a computer system and the CPU is a name we call the processor chip since it basically is the Central Processing Unit.
To help you understand I am going to post a picture for you to look at.
This image below is what a Processor heat sink and processor cooling fan look like

Some heat sinks are circular and a bit larger or they have a hood over them where an exhaust fan is positioned at the back of the computer tower and it draws the air away from the large heat sink, some Dell computer systems have this type of plastic hood and it is often hard to actually see the heat sink and processor with these installed.
Do you have such a hood over your processor?
