BleepingComputer.com: convert list from real player to itunes

hello dear friends !!! i had managed my music with real player and have around 656 songs with its play list , i already transfer the library to itunes now that i have a new ipod , but the playlists are giving me a real headache !!!! i dont want to go over all the music again and the format of real player is rmp and itunes doesn't seems to convert the it says an error has occurred any ideas how to solve this problem ????
