Malware Protection Virus-W32 blaster Worm?

Hello wondering if anyone can help me, My computer is infected with a virus called Malware Protection, it is similar to the other fake anti malare cirus programs in apparence, however it shut down everything on me, intenet, can;t open task manager, malwarebytes, rkill or anything. Everytime I try to open one of the programs it says it connot open as the are infected with the W32 Blaster.worm, not sure if it is real or if its just the program trying to fool me into thinking that it is infected. Any help would be great with this thanks. Running windows vista and firefox!
