I recently tried to open a word document and it crashed within a few seconds. Also my printer will not print and I have to constantly reset the router to go online. Can anyone please shed some light on this virus?
Thanks :woot:

Does word always crash when you open up a document or only for a specific document? What router are you using?(i.e linksys, NETGEAR, D-Link, Buffalo) What type of internet connection are you using?(i.e Cable,DSL,Dial-up) Does your printer make any sound or flash any lights when you try to print something?

It happend for all office documents, The router I use is from Verizon Fios. I have uninstalled office 2007 and my printer software, and reinstalled everything and it works fine now. I went online and found out there is a virus that affects printers and in turn affects office documents. It also tried to take my router offline. I do not know how I got it or if i still have it? I ran my Anti virus- AGV- and it did not detect anything, and I always scan my emails, so it must have come from a site I visited; dont know for sure.
