BleepingComputer.com: blue screen crashes help

hi been recently getting blue screen crashes, on this lap top, im a bit of a noob here, but iv managed to log the crashes, can any one help. They mainly happen when watching media but not always..... Thanx for any help.

its just seemed to have gotten worse and worse, i have got a number of different media players, iv done virus scans, and i think in the last few months i found one, do you think i should uninstall all media players? i also use google crome, and have noticed that i get flash player problems on and off, ie anything that uses it has a crash pic on it and i get a message from google crome saying crash player plug in crashed... other than this i dont know.

i dont play dvds , but i do play vids down loaded from my camera, the crash happens on both this and on the browser streaming vids.

The very first thing I'd try is to reinstall your video driver.
Is this dedicated video card, or on-board video?

Go to your computer manufacturer website, download new video driver, uninstall current one, install new one.

had bit of of trouble to instal, came up with error.windows message then asked too try again but with recommended settings ? done this and it installed all.them asked for restart.after restart windows message saying sudden shutdown problem etc!? then flash player update came up so downloaded that and installed.
been now trying too make it do blue screen crash , but I can't yet.so its looking good so far.thanks for your help.will keep you updated.
