CSRSS could not load

whenever I load one of the profiles on my computer it gives me an error saying that that csrss.exe could not load. and says something about the registry as well... it happens only on one of the profiles and that is it. Also I am not able to get onto the internet on that profile as well, but can get on on different profiles. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
