Tool Bars accidentally turned off menu toolbar...how do I get it back?

Hi! I have lost my menu toolbar how can i get it back up. Has my file, edit, view, bookmarks etc. in it and I can't seem to figure out how to put it back on. thank you!

hi! Thank you for the reply...I am in firefox and didn't see that your solution for that came across in your response. I know this is really stupid of me, but, just can't figure it out hahaha
