Hello,

My ISP (Rogers) has cut off my service until I deal with a virus. The first thing I did was go out and buy Norton 360, install it and run a complete system scan. I advised my ISP of this and they reactivated my service. Then they cut off my service again as they still detected a virus. I have no information about what type of virus it is and Norton doesn't detect it.

I will be posting from work, downloading any necessary programs to take to my home pc and returning with scan results to post at work.

Thanks in advance for any help - you guys do great work here and it's much appreciated.

Here is my DDS.txt log:
