Microsoft Word 2007 Keeps Crashing

I have never had problems before, but recently Microsoft Word has been crashing every time I use it. I will be able to work for a decent amount of time (near an hour or so) and then in the middle of typing, Word says it is not responding. My computer then proceeds to completely crash and go to blue scree. It then reboots normally, but I lose my work back to the autosave I had from a while back. This has happened 5 or 6 times in a row now and I am a college student in finals week right now and really need help

We need to know more about your BSODs...

Download BlueScreenView (in Zip file)

No installation required.

Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program and When scanning is done, go to Edit > Select All.

Then go to File > Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.

Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

One of the drivers that caused the BSOD is related to your camera. I would recommend looking for updates.

I have searched but cannot find anyway to upgrade the webcam installed on my computer. It says that it is version 1.01.05. I cannot find anything more about it. I never use it, but did go to it and it operates normally. Do you know how I could fix this problem?

Check with Dell.com enter your service tag number, and also please update to SP2 for Windows Vista,

I updated SP2 for Windows Vista. I let it install fully and it turned off and then went to blue screen twice before it came on again. To look on Dell.com how would I know my service tag number? And am I getting on Dell.com to figure out how to upgrade the camera? Thank you for your help thus far.

The service tag should be on the back if it is a desktop and on the bottom if its a lap top.
