can't install a program error message says auto run doesn't respond

I have been having issues with media player, reinstalled a few times, I am running windows 7. The forum that I posed this problem concerning media player, the one before I joined this one, had me to follow these directions that didn't work. I just got frustrated. Well, I mention that because when I typed in "auto run doesn't respond" to help, it all had to do with the media player. That's why I told you in case it is important.
The problem is stated below.

So, I went to install phonics program for my granddaughter, I got the error message that auto run doesn't respond. Thank you for any help you can give me.
