Hello!

1) Has this been dealt with, when you said: "Hi!

Yes, that issue was dealt with when you ran the last OTL fix.

Am I definitely clean? Another Malware Response Team helper assisted me by finalizing the cleanup to make me run HijackThis to remove unnecessary startup items, and install WinPatrol. That issue was for my own PC ... would you recommend the same? And also, if so, if I post a hijack this log, would you be able to assist me in removing extra items?

It's hard to say that you are definitely clean, as I'm unaware of what damage was done by the malware before we started working together. However, looking over your logs, I don't see any signs of malware present. The only guarantee that the malware is gone is by performing a reformat and re-install.

You can run this tool to remove unnecessary start-up items:

You may wish to try StartupLite. Simply download this tool to your desktop and run it. It will explain any optional auto-start programs on your system, and offer the option to stop these programs from starting at startup. This will result in fewer programs running when you boot your system, and should improve performance.

I tend to only recommend tools that I use on my own computer, as those are the ones I'm most familiar with, I haven't used WinPatrol in quite a while.

Also, if you don't use these programs, you can remove them from the Add/Remove Programs.

Windows Live Toolbar
Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer
Yahoo! Toolbar

Thank you very much for your assistance. I am VERY impressed with your expertise, especially applying those OTL fixes.
I think it's safe to say that you are free to close this topic. No use getting in the way of someone who needs help, as the sooner you can call your assisting me complete, the sooner you can help others.

Take care. I have no more outstanding issues.
