Hi all,

This morning my browser (firefox) started giving me pop-ups.

Just on the off chance, I decided to do a complete scan with AVG (I actually have a one month trial of the full version) and it gave me four files of which only two could be cleared.

As I can no longer run AVG, i cannot give you the exact message the scan log gave me, but it did show the Trojan Horse Agent_r.

Since then, it has progressed in a number of ways.

Apparently I have no sound driver, also if I boot up in normal mode I get approximately 5-6 windows called "hello4" that pop up in the tool bar, as well as 5-6 blank windows with the header "blank2" that then get the "program has stopped working" message.

It also appears that whenever I try to go to a link from google, the browser is then hijacked and takes me to place saver URLs.

Finally, when I do boot in normal mode, my AVG goes nuts and starts listing what appears to be regular exe files, as viruses and wants me to quarantine them (it even had me trying to quarantine avg exe files).

Ummmm help!
