When you do the online test thingy go for consistency on your answers. I think someone told me that you want to go for the more polarized answers as well (the Yes - Always or No - Never type ones), but don't take my word on that cause most of the jobs I go for don't have those tests and last time I looked at Best Buy was a few years ago.
I can also guarantee if you get an interview at some point they're going to ask you if you have any questions for them. Not a big part of the interview, but can give you the opportunity to show that you actually read the job description :D

From my experience with Geek Squad they don't know anything about computers anyway, so if you know something about computers you should be golden.

Some do, and they make bank. Or at least they did until they got fed up working for Best Buy and found other jobs. Haven't interacted much with Geek Squad people since then. But at least a few years ago regardless of knowledge if you didn't give the right answers on their little screening test they didn't even look at your application.

A few years ago I was trying to get part time employment to make a few extra bucks while in the Navy, and they looked at my resume, and told me I was over qualified for any positions.
My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.

Well when you have had a job such as a "Cryptologic Technician (Technical)" and its on your resume, the word cryptologic means something higher lol. I was that in the Navy it deals with non-communication based intelligence.
