When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Help please what to do when combofix causes computer to crash

Alright so I know I got infected by something.
When I run spyware search and destroy I keep finding click.gift and delete it, but it keeps coming back.
I decided to run combofix, but before loading combofix blue screens my computer and restarts.
I've tried reinstalling, but my computer keeps blue screening.
When I was succesful in downloading the file keeps saying its corrupt.
None of my scans find anything wrong so what should I do?

well its fine now I used TDSSkiller and got combofix working again :thumbsup:
