I Have A Website...but.... How to?

I have a website...BUT...I have no clue how to put anything up without accidently overwriting something else that is there. Where do I find the addresses of what is there or create a new address?

Is the site hosted on a server or is it a free site?

HOSTFix only works on XP,no longer maintained
