Help
Computer won't turn on ,after I turn on the computer it instantly shuts off. Bought a new power supply put it in same problem won't turn on instantly turns off. The new power supply also makes a noise like a high pitched eeeeeehhh kind of noise whenever I have the computer plugged in.

So I just unseated everything still wont turn on.

What is the make and model of this computer?
If this is a custom build please post the make and model of the motherboard.
Can you boot into the BIOS?

The one time I had this problem, my CPU fan was not running. Have you checked to make sure yours is?
