Yahoo Mail pop3 problems with Outlook 2003

I've been using Outlook 2003 with the Yahoo Mail account set up on it for several years now with no issues. For the last two or three days, it keeps asking for my log in information and won't connect. Anyone else having an issue with Yahoo Mail's pop3 server?

I read yesterday that Yahoo Mail has been down but I don't know if it has been restored. Maybe someone else knows.

Just got me to change my password and now it works. Not sure why that made a difference.
