vbulletin forum only shows white screen?

Yesterday my vbulletin forum started only showing a white screen. http://www.348-409.com/forum/index.php? It happens with ALL pages of the forum including the admin area.

I've been in contact with my webhost and vbulletin and it's been back and forth, neither actually getting me the help I need.

Can anyone tell me what is causing this?

So far I've reuploaded a fresh copy of all vbulletin files making sure it was done in ASCII format. It is the lastest 4.1.3 version. Folder permissions are set to 755 and all php files to 644.

Prior to this I've been having page errors and believe there was malware as my users with Norton reported warnings to me. I was working with vbulletin to help resolve those problems when everything just stopped last night. Forum worked, came back a little later and only the white screen. It's been 24 hours and nothing I try will fix it.

Please help if you can.

Your forum link renders an all white page to me with zero errors as well, in Opera 11.10, Firefox 3.6.16, Chrome 10.0.648.205 and IE 7.

Thanks. I guess it's not browser related then.

I just don't know what to do. No one seems to have the cure, not my webhost or the vbulletin team.

I can't be the only one this has happened to. ??? When I checked the page source, it's only loading 5 lines of html. ??? This is all pages of the forum, not just the index page.

Have you checked your index file and see if maybe it got deleted?? (This may cause this to happen,or if the index file is blank you will get a blank screen as there is nothing telling it where to go)

Just restore your index.php file and your site should be fine
