Remote Desktop Keep getting Disconnected

I have a user that works from home, she keeps getting this error when using remote desktop terminal server
Remote Desktop Disconnected
Because of an error in data encryption, this session will end, Please try connecting to the remote computer again.

funny thing all her other computers in her house no issue just this one.

Well...perhaps the readers (such as I) don't use Remote Desktop...and haven't a clue.

But Google Seems To Have Some Info.

That computer may not be setup to handle the level of encryption required by the rdp connection. Make suthethey have downloaded the 128 or 256 bit encryption pack and the latest veraion of rdp protocol
