My daughter has a Dell laptop that suddenly can not connect to FACEBOOK. I can connect to any other website. Both of our desktops can connect. I reset both my modem and router. I have tried on another network. I have uninstalled Firefox 4 and reinstalled the earlier version. I have tried internet Explorer. I have run all my anti-spyware, Malwarebytes, AVG, registry cleaners, and there is no malware I can find. Firefox simply gives me a timed out error, IE says website not available. I have performed a System Restore to a month ago. Various complaints similar to this are found on other forums, but none of those solutions have worked. Frustrating.

When do you receive the connect to FACEBOOK messages in the specific browsers? For example, do you get these errors or timeouts when hitting the URL, or when you hit the login button after entering your username and password?
