When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hi there,

My computer has a nasty little virus. It randomly redirects me to websites (ie yellow pages), sends emails that contain a link which is a virus to people on my google email account, and slows my computer down. I have had an Antivirus system popup before this one, and I think I got rid of it, and everything was running fine, but now this fake program Antimalware Doctor (or something to that effect) has popped up, although not in the last couple of days.

Also, when my computer starts a popup saying "error loading dddcyt.ddl" (I think that's what it says) comes up. I don't know if I deleted a necessary process or file on accident. I tried deleting anything that I didn't recognize, without going too crazy.

I just ran this RootRepeal system that I saw on this website, and I have the log file attached.

Please help me get rid of this!! It affected my banks logon screen and asked for my pin number, and when I called the bank services, they told me I had a virus. This is bad!

Thank you,
Danny
