I have a serious problem that freezes my computer.

The earchfilterhost.exe, searchprotocal.exe, and searchindexer.exe programs are running upto 50% of cpu capacity and freezing my computer up. I have to restart my computer.

I need help as this is my work computer. Do I have a virus?
