Hi

My computer has wireless internet connection and although it says it is online with signal strength good-excelent and the other computors in my house have no problem I cannot access the internet. When I try internet explorer it asks me if I want to work offline or to try again. When I try Firefox it says that my homepage cannot be found.

I have checked all my internet connection settings and they seem to be correct. I think I am infected with several different trojan horse viruses but cannot yet get rid of them.

Can you please help me as i desperately need to be able to access the internet from my computor and want to clear my computor of viruses.

Thanks,
Ellen

Have you tried a reboot? Sometimes the only problem results in clicking the mouse too many times, which can be fixed by a reboot.
