I am trying to learn as much as I can about all topics regarding my computer. I often have a problem getting answers to problems because I don't exactly know what to ask, or the keyword I need to enter to get answers to my questions. I want to thank all of you in advance for any help or advice you may send my way. You see, right now, I am unsure of which forum to post my problem to, so I'll just get in there and try. :)

Don't worry about getting your questions in the right forum, the BC staff will move it if there is a better forum. Even if you don't know a lot about computers, providing as much information as you can will be very helpful to people wanting to reply.
