To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Dell laptop. I have a laptop that sits in the living room and does nothing but internet browsing, no anti anything, wasnt paying attention and hit the down load button on windows recovery virus/spy/malware(?) upcomes the space bar pop up that my hard drive is fubared, upcomes the diagnostic screen i okayed that to, all bad stuff, cant access any files, no cnnection etc all i want to do is recover the mache back to new, dont have any discs no nothin, there is a system pass word that i put on it as well dont know if this matters or not. I need to know how to get this done
