windowsFixDisk virus tdsskiller

i figured out my computer didnt crash..its the WindowsFixDisk virus. My problem now is that i was able to download the TDSSKiller onto my desktop..but i cant run it

its me again...i cant get the TDSSKiller to run...i moved onto the gmer and its been scanning for a couple hours. What should i do about the TDSSKiller? I was able to download it..just cant run it
