Will someone please help me with this problem I experienced this morning? I booted my computer and LiveUpdate appeared requesting me to update. I clicked ok and went through the normal Norton LiveUpdate process and restarted my computer when finished. When I logged-in, everything was missing from my desktop and all of my files were missing. Found out later that my user profile was duplicated with an invisible extension that could not be seen from the log-in screen. All of my files are still on the C: drive but I have to go through Explore to get to them. Does anyone know what caused this duplication and how I can get rid of it? Thank you, Jerry
