Which self-help tutorial are you referring to?

Hey rdragon, the newer versions of Killbox can be a little flaky when pasting in long lists of filepaths. There is a litle arrow at the end of the Full path of file to delete field. Play around with that some and see if you can get them all to appear in the dropdown menu.

You may have to enter one filepath at a time, click the delete button, refuse to reboot now, then enter the next one until they have all been marked for deletion.

If the clipboard itself isn't functioning, you can type in each filepath, but be very certain of spelling.

You would probably be better off posting a HijackThis log for more detailed and expert help. Those fraudulent malware removal infections are constantly changing. If what you have is new and SmitRem didn't help, then we might be able to get SmitRem updated so everyone can benefit.

Please follow this guide exactly:

BTW, John, welcome back. smile.gif
