Hi,

Apparently I have 45 virus threats. I can still get on the internet, but can not open any software files. I can download to my desktop but not run anything. They all seem to be connected to W32 blaster or variations of the same name. I saw on one of the posts that you requested information on their computer, so I will do that first.
>Home Edition, Version 2002, Service pack 3. I did not get a CD with my computer, but I have the key.
>So far I have tried the Kapersy Rescue but I can't get anything to work in the BIOS Screen. None of the F keys seem to work.
>I can press delete when I first boot up and it takes me to a Bios Screen but it won't do anything.
>down loaded OTL to desktop but it won't run or save
>down loaded GMER to desktop but .exe will not open.

I'm going to start working my way through the guide and tutorial to download combo fix.

Whoops, I'm suppose to wait until you tell me to download combofix!
