I have many people take a look at my computer and they cannot fix this problem. I have been using Hijackthis.com but I have no idea how to decipher it. Problem is as follows: computer screen will go completely white in the middle of doing something and I have to Ctrl+Alt+Delete and end all ieexplorer.exe functions. Does anyone recognize this?
Thanks-
ReallyKD

Hi there!
Step 1: Install and run the following security tools:
Malwarebytes
Spybot S&D
(This should remove security threats, if any)
Step 2: Refer to these articles...

If the problem persists, you could try reinstalling Internet Explorer on your computer, by downloading the latest version from here.
You could also start using other browsers like Firefox, Chrome and Opera.
