BleepingComputer.com: Warning: Page Has Expired

Hey people..

my problem is that everytime i use the BACK button on my IE 6 for such pages as "my space", "Autotrader", "classic car trader".. etc i get this stupid page

how do i fix this so that the old info comes back instead of having to refresh it everytime??
