Hallo to everybody This is my first post, to introduce myself.

I came across the site on internet when looking for ways to remove Total Vista Security 2011 from a computer. That was infected when clicking on a e-mail attachment (he shouldn't do that, sure). Hope to find some answers to the problem here.It seems pretty common problem.
