In Avast 6.0, there is a new feature which is the sandbox, Avast Autosandbox.

Is it useful to have Avast Autosandbox and Sandboxie installed? Does Avast Autosandbox is doing the same job as sandboxie?

The free Avast sandbox is very limited vs the paid Avast sandbox vers.

Depending on which version of Avast you are using would decide, IMO, whether you still need Sandboxie or not.

As ThunderZ notes, avast! Free Antivirus 6.x does not include the full Sandbox module or its enhancements. For more information about this feature, how it works and how it differs from avast! Pro and avast! Internet Security, please refer to avast! 6.x: Using the AutoSandbox.
