I will apologize in advance for my minimal computer knowledge. I have a dell inspiron mini 9 computer with an AMD sempron 2.0 ghz processor. I did some research and bought an AMD athlon 64 X2. The socket on the mother board is AM2 and the motherboard is a Dell 0RY206. I dont really know where to go from there, when the processor is installed the computer shows it has power and the fans start up but no video to the monitor. Also i am running 32 bit windows XP home not sure if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated and i can get any additional information needed.
